Step One:

Open Outlook. Click on Tools and then E-mail Accounts at the top.

Click on E-mail Account in the Tools Menu

Step Two:

Choose “Add a new e-mail account” and click Next

Choose Add New E-Email Account

Step Three:

Select POP3 and click Next.

Choose POP3

Step Four:

1. Enter your name.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Use 
for the Incoming Mail Server
4. Enter your ISP's Outgoing Mail Server information.
5. Enter your email address again as the User Name.
6. Enter your password
7. Check the remember password box.
8. Do not check the log on using secure password box.
9. Then click Next.
Enter settings

Step Five:

You are now done and ready to check your mail. Click Finish.

Click Finish
